好久沒有稱一下自己的體重了，這次公司集體檢查身體在有幸知道一下自己現在的到底有怎么樣，沒想到這兩三個月來身體發福了不少，對于我們現在這個年齡的人來說，可要不得，不然想想都有很多的后怕。所以從現在起我得開始我的減肥計劃了，原來也做過，不過可能是自己的意志力不夠堅強，沒過多久就放棄了。但是這次我在別人的建議下，做了合理的規劃。飲食加運動的方法很適合我，很期待減肥后的效果。
