其實胖一點還不算多麼嚴重，但是對于超胖的人來說那真的是太痛苦了，不但衣服買不到就行動都是那麼的不方便，而且身體壓力太多，肯定多多少少都會有些小毛病。我家就有一位這樣的大胖子，那就是我的老哥了，也不知道何時起他開始胖成這樣子了，我感覺減肥對他來說已經非常遙遠的一件事情了。后來我們就幫他聯繫到了抽脂，于是就帶著他去做了抽脂，雖然很擔心但還是希望可以有效果，因為胖下去真的不是辦法，沒想到效果非常的好，太感謝抽脂了。

大學畢業之後我覺得去搵工網看看其實也是不錯的辦法，但是我家裡的人都給我說，其實你看了搵工網那些信息之後，你就會知道你自己的不足了，其實我覺得我那個時候才意識到就是因為我在大學裡面參與的活動太少了，所以說導致我自己的社會經驗太少了，我其實學習能力什麼的都沒有問題，但是對於動手能力還有社交方面都會有很大的問題，這樣的話我在接下來的工作之中就要多加注意了，不然的話還不知道到最後會怎麼樣，起碼我現在就是那樣想的。
